<p>座落在北海岸的金山財神廟，擁有財神銀行的美譽。這裡有個很特別的概念叫財氣存摺，你可以依據自己的需求，向神明預支財氣。</p>

<p>這間是傳說中的「地王廟」。<br>宏泰集團（就是蓋帝寶的那位）林堉璘家族的發跡地。傳說當年林董捐了 2 億元蓋廟後，身價不減反增，直接翻倍飆漲。現在每到除夕，接班人林鴻南都會親自來搶頭香。</p>



<p>這裡有一種越捨越得的氣場。如果你是做房地產、投資不動產，或是想祈求家業興旺的，這間絕對是首選。</p>

<p>白龍王最有名的一句話，也是梁朝偉、舒淇這些大明星都曾被提點過的：</p>

<p>我知道這聽起來很像廢話，但在職場被摩擦幾年後，我發現這句話含金量極高。</p>



<p>我們常以為發脾氣是展現個性，或者是為了捍衛權益。但回頭看看，那些真正厲害的主管、或者能在混亂中賺到錢的人，極少在情緒上失控。</p>



<p>每次我們忍不住對客戶翻白眼、對同事講話帶刺的時候，其實就是在親手把「貴人」推開。在這個容易暴躁的都市叢林裡，<strong>情緒穩定，比什麼水晶洞都聚財。</strong></p>



<p>我現在只要想發火，就會摸摸錢包告訴自己：「忍住，生氣會漏財。」</p>

<p>這點真的讓我膝蓋中了一箭。</p>



<p>白龍王說：<strong>「父母才是真神，對父母比神好一點，一切便順順利利。拜神求平安，回家卻和父母頂嘴，要怎樣得到平安？」</strong></p>



<p>過年期間，我們真的很願意早起去廟裡排隊搶頭香、對著神像磕頭。但回到家，面對媽媽的碎念：「怎麼還不結婚？」、「薪水漲了沒？」我們通常只要三秒就會炸毛，口氣差到不行。</p>



<p>我們把所有的耐心都給了陌生人跟老闆，卻把最壞的脾氣留給了最親近的人。</p>



<p>這或許是 2026 年最難的修煉。試著把父母當成「大客戶」來經營看看？不一定要唯命是從，但至少「口氣」軟一點。</p>

<p>看著年初寫下的 <strong><a href="https://chobebe.com/2025-my-100-things/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">2025 My 100 Things 清單</a></strong>，數了數……原來我只完成了 42 件呀！哈哈哈哈哈哈根本完全一個隨心所欲的狀態，果然三天打魚兩天晒網已經焊在我身上了。</p>



<p>可惡！我要改變！我要重啟人生！</p>



<p>最近，讀了史丹佛大學的經典好書<strong>《做自己的生命設計師》</strong>後，我決定換個濾鏡看這件事：</p>

<p>帶著這個思維，今天想跟你們分享我是如何用工程師除錯（Debug）的精神，透過<strong>「KPT 復盤法」</strong>把這些失敗數據轉化成養分，精準設計我的 2026。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一、診斷現狀：別讓目標變成「設計漏洞」</h2>



<p>為什麼有些習慣像呼吸一樣自然，有些卻像推石頭上山？經過分析，我發現我的失敗清單裡，都踩中了以下三個地雷：</p>

<li><strong>我的案例：</strong>我每年都信誓旦旦的說要「持續跑步」，結果總是撐不過兩週。</li>



<li><strong>診斷：</strong>我發現我都要求自己「下班後」去跑，但那時候我的體力條已經是紅色的。這代表我的設計忽略了<strong>「能量管理」</strong>，大腦只想開啟省電模式。根本不是我懶，而是時間點安排錯了，因為意志力在大腦疲勞時是無法運作的。</li>

<li><strong>我的案例：</strong>寫<strong>「旅遊日記」</strong>其實超級累！要挑幾百張照片、要修圖、要排版，但我卻能堅持下來。為什麼？</li>



<li><strong>診斷：</strong>這證明了我不是怕累，而是我需要<strong>「看得見的成就感」（Visual Reward）</strong>。文章發佈的那一刻，那種滿足感是具象的。反觀「學英文」，背單字的過程漫長且看不到立即成果，難怪大腦不買單。這代表我是個需要「視覺化回饋」的人，這才是我的行為原型。</li>

<li><strong>診斷：</strong>有些勾勾沒勾，說不定是因為你根本「不想要」。我可能只是覺得「大人應該要多看書」才列上去的，但內心深處其實更想看小說或追劇。只有符合真實<strong>身分認同</strong>的設計，才具備永續性。</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">二、為什麼是 KPT？別再情緒化反省！</h2>



<p>你可能會想，年度回顧不就是寫反省文嗎？為什麼要特地學一個新工具？</p>

<p><strong>KPT（Keep, Problem, Try）法</strong>的魅力在於它能幫你<strong>抽離情緒，理性除錯 (Debug)</strong>。它的核心邏輯只有三點：</p>

<li><strong>Try（嘗試）<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/25b6.png" alt="▶" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> 把「願望」變成「實驗」</strong>：它強迫你提出一個「下週就能執行的 Try」，而不是每年都許下同樣模糊的願望。</li>

<p>這就是《做自己的生命設計師》提到的「原型測試」——我們不需要完美的自己，只需要一個不斷優化的生活系統。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">三、3 步驟 KPT 復盤法：把經驗變成外掛</h2>



<p>理解了設計漏洞後，我們用 KPT 法來進行年度健檢。這不只是檢討，更是為了「重啟」做準備。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Keep (保持)：找出成功背後的「底層邏輯」</h3>



<p>這一步最重要，卻常被忽略！我們直接套用上面的「旅遊日記」案例：</p>

<li><strong>我的 Keep：</strong>寫旅遊日記。</li>



<li><strong>底層邏輯：</strong>不是因為我閒，而是因為<strong>「視覺化回饋」</strong>滿足了大腦。過程雖累，但「發佈文章」的具象成就感，就是我的動力電池。</li>



<li><strong>行動指令：</strong>明年繼續保持，並思考如何把這個「視覺化機制」，複製到其他困難的項目上（例如：把運動紀錄變成打卡圖表）。</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Problem (問題)：客觀描述 Bug，不要情緒勒索自己</h3>



<p>Problem 不是用來罵自己的。它是一個客觀的錯誤報告（Error Log）。回頭看那些失敗的「跑步」與「讀書」計畫：</p>

<li><strong>錯誤報告：</strong>它們的共同點是<strong>「反人性」</strong>。跑步選在能量低點（下班後），讀書選在動機低點（只是為了應該）。</li>



<li><strong>行動指令：</strong>承認「靠意志力硬撐」是無效演算法。2026 必須更換策略，而非更換意志力。</li>

<p>這是 KPT 的靈魂！針對那些萬年失敗的項目，我決定用這 3 個具體的 <strong>Try 實驗</strong> 來重啟 2026：</p>

<p>科學家告訴我們，那些讓你感到挫敗的時刻，其實不是你的錯，而是因為我們試圖用渺小的意志力，去對抗大腦幾百萬年來的「原廠設定」。</p>



<p>以下這四個大腦真相，會讓你明白為什麼「順應人性」比「挑戰人性」更有效：</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. 大腦還住在石器時代：懶惰是為了「保命」</h3>



<p>首先，你得<strong>原諒你的大腦</strong>，因為它還活在石器時代。對原始人類來說，每一卡路里都是珍貴的救命稻草，隨意浪費能量去「額外運動」或「思考困難的事」，在演化上意味著死亡風險。</p>



<p>所以，當你下班回家只想癱在沙發上時，你的邊緣系統其實是在盡責地幫你執行最高規格的「生存指令」。它不是在偷懶，它只是啟動了<strong>「極致省電模式」</strong>。我們之所以覺得養成新習慣很難，是因為從生物學的角度來看，違反慣性去消耗能量，本來就是一件危險的事。因此，唯有把目標縮小到不耗能的程度（比如<strong>兩分鐘定律</strong>），大腦才不會拉起警報。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. 嚴重的大近視：看不見「未來的自己」</h3>



<p>除此之外，我們的大腦還是一個超級嚴重的「大近視」。心理學上的<strong>「現時偏差 (Present Bias)」</strong>告訴我們，大腦對於「現在的快樂」感受異常敏銳，但對於「未來的獎勵」卻感覺模糊不清。</p>



<p>對你的大腦來說，眼前這塊蛋糕帶來的多巴胺是 4K 高畫質的真實體驗，而「一年後變瘦的健康模樣」只是一團看不清楚的馬賽克。這解釋了為什麼我們總是輸給誘惑，因為大腦天生就無法為了那個「看不見的未來」，去犧牲「觸手可及的現在」。所以，我們才需要透過<strong>「誘惑綑綁」或「實質獎勵」</strong>，把未來的快樂「預支」到眼前，哄騙這個短視近利的大腦動起來。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. 住在心中的叛逆青少年：越被逼，越想反抗</h3>



<p>更無奈的是，我們心裡其實都住著一個叛逆的青少年。人類天生渴望掌控感，一旦感覺被強迫，即使是被「昨天的自己」強迫，潛意識就會產生<strong>「心理抗拒 (Reactance)」</strong>。</p>



<p>當你在行事曆上寫下嚴厲的「必須每天讀書」，那一刻起，你的大腦就開始尋找偷懶的理由，只為了證明<strong>「沒有人能管我，連我自己都不行」</strong>。這就是為什麼嚴格的自律往往會引發報復性的放縱。要破解這一點，我們必須在任務中找回「自主權」，把「我必須做」轉化為<strong>「我選擇這樣做」</strong>，讓大腦覺得掌控權還在自己手上。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. 人設決定命運：你是誰，就會做什麼</h3>



<p>最後，真正的關鍵在於你的<strong>身份認同</strong>。根據「認知失調」理論，人會不自覺地讓行為符合自己的「人設」。如果你一直告訴自己「我是一個想試著戒飲料的人」，那你依然是在跟慾望拔河，因為你的潛意識認定你還是一個愛喝飲料的人。</p>



<p>但如果你打從心底相信「我就是一個只喝好茶、不喝含糖水的人」，拒絕手搖飲就會變成像呼吸一樣自然的本能。所以，改變習慣最快的方式不是改變行為，而是改變你說給自己聽的故事。</p>

<p>寫了這麼多，其實我最想說的是：<strong>別把「變好」這件事想得太沈重。</strong></p>



<p>以前我都以為自律就是「苦行僧」，後來才發現，真正的自律高手都是「快樂的騙子」。他們只是比較擅長哄騙大腦，讓困難的事情變好玩，讓無聊的事情變順手而已。</p>



<p>所以，親愛的，不要急著一次改變人生（那是大腦最怕的事）。從今天開始，試著當個狡猾的「大腦馴獸師」。如果明天早上不想動，就騙它說：「我們只穿上襪子就好。」相信我，你的大腦比你想像中還好騙！(笑)</p>
