<p class="wp-block-paragraph">其實，不是微波爐的錯，是我們少了一個關鍵步驟——<strong>「補水」</strong>。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今天這篇就要來傳授我的<strong>「微波饅頭神還原術」</strong>，不用買蒸籠，只要多一個小動作，3 分鐘就能讓冷凍饅頭像剛出爐一樣白白胖胖、蓬鬆 Q 彈！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">為什麼微波饅頭會變石頭？</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">微波爐的加熱原理是利用水分子摩擦產生熱能。饅頭本身水分就少，直接加熱會讓水分瞬間蒸發，導致麵體迅速脫水、硬化。所以我們的目標只有一個：<strong>製造蒸汽環境。</strong></p>

<li><strong>準備道具</strong>：一個馬克杯或玻璃杯（可微波材質），裝約 1/3 杯的水。</li>



<li><strong>架設寶座</strong>：將饅頭直接放在「杯口」上。（注意：饅頭不要碰到水喔，是用蒸汽蒸它！）</li>



<li><strong>送去三溫暖</strong>：把整組（杯子+饅頭）放進微波爐。</li>



<li><strong>加熱時間</strong>：冷凍饅頭約 <strong>2.5 ~ 3 分鐘</strong>；冷藏饅頭約 <strong>40 ~ 50 秒</strong>。</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f4a1.png" alt="💡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> 重要提醒：火力怎麼選？</strong> 如果你家微波爐是轉盤式、沒有顯示瓦數的，請直接轉到<strong>「大火 (High)」或「強」</strong>。因為我們需要讓水杯裡的水快速沸騰產生蒸汽，火力太小會失敗喔！</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">方法二：急救專用「濕紙巾包裹法」</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">如果你的饅頭太大顆，找不到適合的杯子當寶座，那就用這招。</p>

<li>拿一張廚房紙巾，<strong>徹底噴濕</strong>（要稍微捏一下，不要滴水但要夠濕）。</li>



<li>把饅頭整顆<strong>完整包覆</strong>起來。</li>



<li>放進微波爐加熱（時間同上）。</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這個方法的優點是受熱均勻，但要小心紙巾乾掉黏在饅頭皮上，撕下來會醜醜的（雖然好吃最重要啦<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f602.png" alt="😂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />）。</p>

<p class="has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph">所需食材：地瓜<br>橙黃色的地瓜是因為當中的β-胡蘿蔔素，但不是所有的地瓜都是橙黃色的。<br>β-胡蘿蔔素到達人體內會轉化為維生素A。維生素A對人體免疫系統和至關重要，而且也可以保持眼睛健康。<br>又地瓜含有眾多膳食纖維，在腸道內無法被消化吸收，能增強腸道蠕動，另有一種氧化酶物質，這種酶容易在人的胃腸道里產生大量二氧化碳氣體，如地瓜吃得過多，會使人腹脹、打嗝、放屁。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">把地瓜放盤子上，再用另一個盤子蓋上（就是像蚌殼精這樣），盤子大小隨意，記得留空隙就好<br>用大火（P100）微波5分鐘，拿出來就可以吃了！<br>微波時間看地瓜大小，小地瓜（像我這顆）大概4、5分鐘就可以了<br>大顆地瓜大概要10分鐘，先微波6分鐘翻面再繼續微波</p>
