<h2 class="wp-block-heading">曾經月入不錯的工程師，為什麼也存不到錢？</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">其實這本書早在 5 年前我就讀過了，至今還是覺得很受用。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">那時候的我是一名軟體工程師，收入雖然稱不上頂尖，但比起一般的職場新鮮人，確實優渥了那麼一點點。照理說，我應該要存下不少錢才對吧？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>但事實剛好相反。</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">正因為覺得自己「賺得還可以」，我花錢的方式變得非常大手大腳。下班累了就搭計程車、壓力大就揪團購、看到喜歡的小物不看標籤就刷卡、出國旅行說走就走&#8230;&#8230;當時的我心想：「我這麼辛苦寫 Code，犒賞一下自己不過分吧？」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">直到某天看著存款數字停滯不前，我才驚覺：<strong>高收入不等於高資產。</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">如果水桶底下有破洞，不管水龍頭開多大，水永遠裝不滿。這本書就像一記當頭棒喝，讓我看見自己生活中有多少無意識的消費，正在一點一滴吞噬我的未來。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">反向思考：真的連一杯咖啡都不能喝嗎？</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">看到上面的數字嚇到了嗎？原來少喝幾杯飲料，20 年後可以變成一趟海外之旅的旅費！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>但是！But！人生就是這個 But！</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">我也讀到一些很有趣的反向觀點。有些人認為，過度強調「省咖啡錢」會讓我們陷入一種<strong>匱乏心態</strong>，反而忽略了更重要的事，例如「開源」或是「投資自己」。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">如果這杯拿鐵是妳每天上班的精神支柱，是妳忙碌生活中唯一的療癒時刻，那它就<strong>不是浪費，而是「必要的心靈保養」</strong>。如果為了省這 150 元，搞得自己心情憂鬱、工作效率變差，那才真的是得不償失。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">重點不是「不花錢」，而是「有意識地選擇」</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">讀完《拿鐵因子》後，我最大的收穫並不是從此戒掉星巴克（別鬧了，我還是需要它<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f602.png" alt="😂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />），而是學會了<strong>「抓大放小」</strong>與<strong>「自動化理財」</strong>。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">我是個享樂主義者，我依然熱愛旅行、熱愛美食。但我從書中學到的是：<strong>「有意識地選擇」</strong>。</p>
