<p class="wp-block-paragraph">先說結論：<strong>潛水會上癮！</strong>我好喜歡在大海裡悠游，跟魚群大眼瞪小眼，覺得自己像個太空人一樣漂浮的感覺。但我也必須誠實地說——<strong>這些美好，僅限於下水後（笑）。</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「關於考潛水執照這件事，在心裡也放了六年。」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">第一天在泳池，教練說有 30 幾個技巧要學。對於一個習慣陸地生活的人來說，光是「面鏡排水」這關就讓我內心上演了無數小劇場。當水灌進鼻子時，我真的覺得自己差點要死掉了，還好有冷靜下來把呼吸調順。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">日記裡我寫著：「雖然想打嗝就有點喝到水，但目前人還好好的在這邊。」現在回頭看，當時的恐懼其實都是自己嚇自己。不過，當你在水底感覺像太空人一樣時，那種寧靜感真的會讓你忘記剛剛的狼狽。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這天我們到了瑞芳的鳳凰灣，還能遠眺水湳洞十三層遺址，風景美炸了！但美景的代價是——<strong>岸潛（Shore Dive）</strong>。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">所謂岸潛，就是你要自己揹著那套重得要命的裝備（氣瓶+配重+BC，加起來少說 20 公斤），走過一段高低起伏、佈滿大石頭的海岸線，潛水員戲稱這叫「天堂路」。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>這是整趟旅程最崩潰的時刻：</strong>我重心不穩跌了千百次，有兩次甚至直接沒力「跪」在石頭上。當時心裡只想大喊：「啊啊啊啊我崩潰！」潛伴能幫的有限，因為大家身上都很重，最後還是得靠意志力站起來。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">下水後也不容易，第一支氣瓶我不小心浮了上去，被教練勒令提早結束（37分鐘），當時超怕被隊友怨恨（笑）。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">到了第三天，真的是「全身痠痛」。第四支氣瓶面鏡一直進水，我一度想浮上水面調整，結果被教練罵得亂七八糟（他說他以前更派 XD）。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">但當順利完成海習、通過筆試的那一刻，拿著 PADI OW 證書的感覺真的好不真實。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這三天像是一場夢。雖然每天都有種體力透支的「軟爛感」，但嘴角卻常常不自覺上揚，難道是氮氣吸太多（誤）？我想我是有點迷戀上了潛水，想要整個夏天都泡在海裡。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">當初那個在石頭上跪倒的女孩，後來下了一個決定。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">我不希望自己成為潛伴的負擔，我希望下次背上裝備時，我能走得穩穩的，甚至能騰出手來幫助別人。所以，<strong>現在的我一週運動五天，就是為了能扛起這些裝備，當個給力的潛伴！</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">潛水讓我看見了海底的平靜，也讓我學會了對身體負責。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">如果你也有一個放在心裡好幾年的夢想，不管是潛水、旅行還是學程式，<strong>去做吧！</strong>哪怕一開始會跌倒、會喝水嗆到，但最後留在記憶裡的，絕對是那個像太空人一樣自由的自己。</p>
